Former (?) ski bum, perennial underachiever, travel baseball/marching band dad, and your run of the mill New England skier.
I've been in the ski industry since the days of 210 cm straight skis, rear entry boots, and fluorescent ski clothes. All the while running ski shops, tuning skis, fitting boots, selling products to skiers of all levels and styles, and making five-minute friends on the lift chairs of the great winter wonderland.
I'm here to pass on a little knowledge, tell a story or two, and talk about skis and skiing... oh, maybe sell a t-shirt or two.
Skiing is a lifestyle choice; it chooses you and sucks you in, leaving you with empty pockets and big smiles. I hope something in these pages brings a smile to your face, even if it's at my expense.
